Accelify New Mexico Consortium Registration

NMSBA partner Accelify brings you a service that will greatly simplify the process of claiming federal Medicaid reimbursements. Through a partnership with Accelify, NMSBA has established the NMSBA Medicaid Claiming Program for New Mexico school districts, with the primary objective to increase the amount of Medicaid funds your district can recoup for health-related services provided to Special Education students. Accelify has a long history of increasing revenue for districts throughout the country.

Accelify’s automated, web-based Service Delivery Log (AcceliDIRECT), is currently in use in hundreds of districts throughout the country. This automated billing system enables school district personnel to easily and painlessly record the various health-related services provided to Special Education students. Accelify handles the rest of the claiming process for you. Accelify also offers an offline system allowing districts to continue to utilize their paper-based Service Delivery Logs. The data entry process is handled by Accelify’s experienced team to ensure that the maximum number of claimable services is processed. The service comes at a slightly higher fee structure to allow for the data entry services provided.

Costs to School Districts
The program will provide all of its products, services and technical assistance on a "contingency fee only" basis. School districts are not charged a fee for the services of the NMSBA Medicaid Claiming Program unless they receive Medicaid funds as a result of Accelify’s work.
